Hey, I’m Kate! I’m a proud Arizona transplant, although after living here for 25 years I feel like a local. I have a deep love for this state’s rhythm: the people, the music, the food, the local businesses.  I serve Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix and every other area throughout the valley, but I’m always ready to help clients find their perfect fit anywhere in the state.
I became a Realtor because I believe buying a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming-it should feel empowering. My mission is to educate, guide, and make the process feel enjoyable, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or relocating for a fresh start.
My approach is simple: research, educate, and trust that the right home will present itself. I’m big on communication so my clients are never in the dark. Making sure my clients feel cared for, heard, and are making the best decision for them is my goal. 
Beyond real estate, I’m a mom to 1 fierce daughter, 1 silly dog, 1 beautiful cat, and a lifelong music lover. I spend my free time catching local concerts, kayaking Arizona’s lakes, trying new restaurants, and supporting small businesses and events that make this area so special.
