If you want RV gates or a bigger yard, I know the pockets to target.

San Tan Valley is one of the East Valley’s best values for newer construction and square footage. You can often get more bedrooms, a true bonus loft, and a real backyard at a price that would be tough in Chandler, Gilbert, or Scottsdale. Investors like the steady rental demand.
