I was on the hunt for a realtor to help me sell my home and purchase a place with more room to grow. I’m very type A and in this crazy market I was searching for someone “ferocious.” My friend Melissa told me Tara is your girl. From the very beginning, she had every question answered before I asked it or literally within minutes. She was steps ahead of me the whole way through. I didn’t end up needing her to purchase our new home but she still answered every question I had. She prepped so much way before we even listed our home for sale and we literally didn’t even get to go on the market. We had it listed as coming soon and people were dying to come to see it and we had several offers above the listing price within hours of the coming soon listing and ended up closing just weeks later; smoothly and perfectly as possible. Where do I even begin? Moving to Arizona from Florida seemed like the most daunting task, especially as a first-time homebuyer! However, it was something I was determined to do. My sister and nephew needed me and it was an adventure I wanted to explore. Family first! As a first-time homebuyer in this market, overwhelming, is an understatement. Tara wasn't my first realtor, but boy am I grateful she was my second and my last! I started this journey from another state with a realtor that, frankly, didn't have the time to properly guide me. So much so that I was told "I just don't have the funds to compete in this market." Enter, Tara and Kate. This was the turning point of my journey, was it always easy? No. But boy was it fun. The process was still overwhelming, but never did I feel like I was in it alone. No late night or early morning texts went unanswered. I am sure I asked the same questions over and over, but they were always answered with grace. I never felt like I was talking to someone that was providing me with a service, I was talking to my very experienced and well-informed friends. Tara and Kate would be quick to tell me no if a home was not in a neighborhood that would fit my needs. They drove through every inch of Phoenix to check on homes that I just couldn't physically see for myself. There was no stone left unturned. They became my big sisters, calming me in times of feeling defeat and frustration. They assured me that my home, the right home, will present itself when the time is right. I just needed to trust the process. In this market, boundaries have to be pushed and it took me a long time to understand that hardball doesn't mean that I am letting the seller win. In the end, we all win. Then one day it happened, a listing that wasn't yet public. I took one look at this home and just knew it was meant for me. Did I mention that I was already under contract for another home? It was fate, one last email that slipped through before my notifications were going to be turned off. Something inside of me just couldn't let go, but I was on a time crunch. I had 48 hours until I had to submit my counter for the other home. Following Tara's advice, I had to trust my gut. I walked away from the first home and started the bidding war all over again knowing the risk that I would have to start from scratch. The home had a renter and there was only a 24-hour window for the open house. In true magician fashion, Tara, organized for me to be the first and only private showing. Tara beat me to the house, I walked in and screamed "Tell me this house wasn't made for me?" Imagine my surprise when a man's voice responds with "Excuse me?" The renter had not left the home yet. I have never been so mortified in my life. This was critical because in the end the house was made for me. The location, the size, the neighborhood, and the finishings checked every box on my impossible list. I've shed enough tears of joy reliving this experience, not only did I find my home but I also found friendship.

My family and I were moving from out of state to an area we had limited knowledge of, however, had several friends in the area. Luckily, Tara was recommended to us and helped find an amazing home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us look at different neighborhoods and weigh their benefits of them. Due to being out of state, we had to depend on Tara to be our liaison. Tara went above and beyond her commitment and worked tirelessly to locate, walkthrough (with video), be available for the inspection/appraisal processes and finally help in the closing process of our beautiful home. At one point, Tara compiled a list and visited 20 homes in one day. She was great at working with us by email and phone as well. We ended up purchasing a house without physically stepping foot inside and were very confident in the information and video Tara provided about the house. Tara is a terrific agent and a wonderful person/friend. We couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful.

Tara was great to work with from start to finish. From the first moment, we contacted her to list the house she gave us many useful tips for the house to show well. Efficient, reliable, and available. She was always there to receive our texts & phone calls. Answered all our questions and made the entire experience more enjoyable/manageable during a stressful time. She should wear a cape.
