My husband traveled to Arizona for work which was supposed to be a temporary thing, but he quickly fell in love with the area. Together we decided to take the leap and relocate from New York. A coworker friend highly recommended we work with Tara Keator. When we reached out to her she instantly jumped at the opportunity to work with us! She took the time to get to know us, asked what our interests were, and talked about what areas would most suit our needs. I was still living in NY at the time unable to be there to look at homes, so Tara would facetime me while they would go out looking at prospective homes. After a few weeks we decided to build a home, and she guided us through the way with tons of knowledge and excitement. She never made us feel we were a bother, and took the time to even help us with other things involved with a relocation. She quickly responds to texts when we ask for advice all while showing kindness and patience with us through it all. We felt like we were her only clients never feeling pushed off or rushed. Tara was the perfect realtor, and new friend, we needed during this relocation. Her energy and excitement are infectious! We are so happy in our new home and we are even more ecstatic that we have a new friend as well.
