I can’t recommend these folks enough, seriously. As stressful and crazy as buying a home is, these guys made the experience as painless as could be. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and they constantly went over and above to help with everything. There are a lot of people who try to talk themselves into a great reputation, these guys’ actions do the talking much louder than some slick-talking yokel. If you have a chance to utilize their services, don’t think twice about it and Get on the train. Oh, and they laughed at my bad jokes, that’s a win in and of itself.

I can't even put into words how great Tara is. Not only as an agent but as a person. She was so dedicated to finding the perfect house for us. I don't know how many times I texted her and needed to see a house asap and she was always game, I don't know how because she has so much going on but she was always available. Taras's chill personality made the whole process a lot less stressful, and when I was ready to jump off a cliff she talked me down with ease. She is great at everything she does because she is a boss! She puts so much time and effort into everything and she truly cares about the people she is working with.

Mike and Tara are the best. They helped with every detail of our home sale from the original punch list to help us decide what improvements or repairs would give us the most marketable home. We had a pretty catastrophic water damage situation happen the weekend before we were supposed to list and they were not only patient while we were dealing with the repairs, but even gave input on how to remodel the kitchen and what features and colors buyers liked to see. I think I texted or talked to Tara literally every day for at least two months about every aspect of getting our house ready to sell. Once it was on the market Tara and Mike worked hard on getting us the best deal. They truly had our best interest at heart and helped us choose the best deal for us. I 100% trusted their judgment on which buyer and offer to choose. They made selling our house less stressful and sometimes even fun. Would recommend 1,000,000 times over.

Tara helped us with buying a house this month. She worked to make sure things went smoothly and when they didn't she jumped in and went the extra mile to do it herself. She came to the property whenever it was needed, helped with my kiddos, coordinated with third parties, and kept us in the loop the whole time. I could not have asked for a better realtor!

Tara did a great job! We were still out of state when our house hunt began, yet Tara managed to make the hunt easy. If I found a house she would always do a video walkthrough as soon as sellers would allow. It made the search so easy.
